  My parents are coming to visit me in shanghai - but during the week I need to work. Any good tour guide to recommend who can show them around?

  My friend has his parents coming to town. He would like to foist them off on a travel agent/company for 4 or 5 days to see Suzhou, Hangzhou and maybe a water town. Anyone have a rec? Ideally, no "factory stores" included.
