I am moving to Shanghai in January from the USA for Business to live for a year but I will be there for three weeks beginning next week on the 3rd of November to look for an apartment. Any suggestions on how to find a place in Shanghai? I have seen smartshanghai.com, but what are the other options to find a nice shared apartment in shanghai (preferrably xujiahui) without getting waxed with agency fees?
