I have a MasterCard credit card. It's issued by Estonian bank, if that matters. I have had no trouble using it all over Shanghai in Watsons and Carrefour, even Hangzhou's TESCO but for incompetence of employees. Today neither H&M, nor ONLY accepted it, though H&M specifically states that payment can be made with MasterCard. What can be the possible reason for that and whom should I contact to solve the problem?
