  I was just relocated to Shanghai today and know virtually nothing about the place. My first question is what I should do in terms of a cell phone plan: Should I get a prepaid card or a reoccuring plan? What provider(s) is/are recommended? What time period are the contracts? Etc.

  Is the Mainland Chinese iPhone 4 hardware unlocked? Can anyone confirm buying a Chinese iPhone 4 then using it on AT&T in the USA? I think someone else asked on here, but needed confirmation.
