I have a top-load washing machine and a front-load dryer (different brands). I'd like to stack the dryer on top of the washer, leaving approximately 30 cm between the two units (because the washer is top-load). Where can I get a sturdy rack that fits around the washer and lets me put the dryer on top? I have seen one before that seemed to be made for this purpose, but no idea where to get it.

Why is there spell-check on Shanghai Solved? Since a good percentage of the words used in asking and answering questions are Chinese (e.g. Jing'An, Taobao, fa piao) it just seems to be an unnecessary step in submitting questions or answers.

Renew of lease question. I used a real estate agent to find an apartment in Shanghai. Paid the 35% commission. I'm now looking to renew my lease. My agent says the rent will be increased by 10%. I agree. However, after a week, he also tells me that I have to pay a 35% buyer commission again because I'm entering into a new contract. So, if I realized that I have to pay a 35% comm ever year, I would never have used an agent. Is it normal in this situation to pay comm every year?
