Afaik, there are no scheduled direct flights..
My suggestion would be to fly to Jakarta via China Southern, and then to Bali via Air Asia..

Thx for all your answers now looking at some other destinations love Bali but 11hrs for 5days seems a bit long to sit on a plane...thinking Vietnam or Guam.

Guys...you might try this way..
Head to hangzhou...get a www.airasia.com
tix to KL. From kl to bali.
I haven't checked prices lately but it might provide the cheapest route. Good luck. If someone finds a good rate..i'm might go myself....

My co-workers have flown down on charters - so no scheduled flights.
By the way, Seoul? That's the wrong direction! I think it'd be easier to go through Hong Kong or Singapore.

Just for your information I used a lot of time www.elong.net to find flights. Didn't found a direct fly tho...
Three years ago I had a direct fly to Bali.
I think it was with china eastern and it was a new connection ( around 3800 rmb) if I remember correctly.
Don't know if the connection still exist.
Call up Spring Travel or Ctrip.
They should be able to let you know if there is a direct connection.
Cheers
