  For stinky tofu, try any of the food streets (Yunnan Lu, Huanghe Lu, behind the back gate of ECNU) and the night markets on shouning lu and fangbang lu.

  Bars, no, but lots of cafes. Mix (several locations - you didn't mention where you'd be) all have wifi. If you pay for a day pass with PCCW starbucks and pacific coffee - actually if you pay for a pccw pass, much of the city is wifi'd
